One Degree: A New Interactive Website to Link Patients to Local Community-Based Resources

Health care providers in LA County now have access to One Degree, a website and app-based tool, with over 6,500 community-based resources for health and wellness such as exercise classes, health education classes, and food banks. Providers can quickly search for services and print or electronically transmit information to their patients. One Degree can also be used by patients and providers to create and track care plans. The Department of Public Health has released a first-of-its-kind series of health profile reports for Los Angeles County cities and communities.
